After payment, your order will be processed within 24 hours and we will provide you a tracking codes including insurance codes, We are using insurance delivery for all expensive items.

A 180 days parts warranty for any miners directly purchased from us (counting upon miner arrival). If any problem, please leave an after-sales message on our contact page. Our technical support team will get in touch with you ASAP.

Please don’t send any machines or parts without contacting the technical support team first.

The price of miners may be adjusted at any time without prior notice or price compensation to customers.

The warranty expires in these cases:

  • Miner is demolished, privately altered or component replaced by customers;
  • Circuit boards and components damaged by water, exposed to moisture, or corroded;
  • Excessive Over-clocking in an overheating environment or direct exposure to sunlight.
  • If the above case happens, services of your miner maintenance will be charged.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, you can contact our team to launch a support ticket which will be solved within 3,4 working days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {[email protected]} and send your item to provided address.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to given physical address by our team.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items, shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for more expensive items. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item in any other case if you used wrong address or your item got lost during shipping.

Note: Please ensure your miners be taken care of on a proper farm with cooling and dust filter conditions. Warranty expires if you overclock miners or run miners at excessive heat or dust conditions beyond our target range, For the specific procedures, please get in touch with our sales team for the process.
